Refund policy

Exchange Policy
At Senséa, we want your set to fit you perfectly. If the size isn’t right, we accept exchanges under the following conditions:
  1. Refunds: Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. All sales are final. Only exchanges for an item of equivalent value are accepted.
  2. Exchange Conditions: You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, without makeup or deodorant stains). Exchanges are subject to inventory availability upon receipt.
  3. Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Senséa will cover the cost of sending the new item to you (once per order).
  4. Procedure: To initiate an exchange, email us at customercare.sensea@gmail.com with your order number.
